Vista Montana is a detached, three-bedroom, three-bathroom luxury villa with its own private swimming pool. Built in 2005, it is conveniently located in the centre of Fuerteventura, the second largest of the Canary Islands. It is on the edge of a quiet, traditional village which sits in a natural plain surrounded by fields with far-reaching views of hills and mountains, including a dormant volcano! It is ideal for a quiet, get-away-from-it-all holiday. In spite of its tranquil location it is less than quarter of an hour from the busy resort of Caleta de Fuste, the beach, two world-class golf courses and the airport.

The accomodation is finished to a very high standard and the floors are fully tiled throughout. The furniture has been professionally co-ordinated to give a very homely feel and includes traditional wood, leather and metal finishes. In brief the villa comprises:

- Double wooden door leading to entrance hall, giving access to the lounge, kitchen and bedrooms.
- Large, comfortable lounge with luxury leather settees, satellite tv and dvd / music player. Direct access to the swimming pool area is via wooden patio doors.
- Large kitchen with fitted oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Iron and ironing board. Also includes kettle, toaster etc etc. There is also a large dining area with a glass-topped metal table and six chairs.
- Three very large bedrooms - two twin-bedded rooms and one king-size bedded room. Two have en-suite facilities and one has access to the third bathroom. The twin-bedded rooms have ceiling fans whilst the master bedroom has a cathedral-style roof with exposed wooden features. All bedrooms include a triple wardrobe, a large chest of drawers, side tables and lights. Every bedroom has a top-quality hair dryer (but no straighteners!). There is a safe to store your valuables.
- An enormous (100 sq.m.) upstairs sun terrace / solarium, with a large table, parasol and six chairs, ideal for watching the sun go down over the mountains!
- The large (1,000 sq.m.) secluded plot includes off-street parking for at least two cars, a path all around the villa, a barbeque, a large, private 8m x 4m swimming pool (with shower and Roman steps) and an extensively tiled sunbathing area. Here there are six sunloungers with side tables as well as a matching dining table, parasol and six chairs for those al-fresco meals.
- The villa is cleaned weekly and all linen and towels provided are changed weekly. NB - We do NOT provide beach towels - you must bring your own.
- A free welcome pack is included, as is a free meet-and-greet service at the airport. Our manager can also escort you to the villa from the airport if you wish (once again, part of the service).
- Free cots and high chairs are available if required. Simply let us know when booking.
Please note that we do not allow smoking inside Vista Montana.
